<h2>1. What Scike provides</h2>
<p>Scike is a SaaS platform that provisions a WordPress website and a creative Studio under the
scike.ai domain, and provides AI-powered tools to create and publish content. Specific features
depend on your plan.</p>

<h2>2. Accounts</h2>
<p>You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account, including any
characters or automations you configure.</p>

<h2>3. Subscriptions, fees &amp; AI usage</h2>

  <li>Plans are billed <strong>monthly</strong> at the listed platform fee until cancelled.</li>
  <li>Each plan includes a monthly <strong>AI usage allowance</strong> measured in <strong>Scike
  Credits</strong>. AI usage beyond your allowance is billed as <strong>additional credits ($1
  each)</strong>, either automatically (if you enable auto-recharge) or capped (if you set a limit).</li>
  <li>AI usage reflects real costs from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Tavily). Usage is
  shown in your dashboard.</li>
  <li>Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.</li>

<h2>4. Cancellation &amp; what happens to your site</h2>
<p>You may cancel anytime; your subscription remains active through the current billing period. After
your subscription ends, your provisioned site and Studio may be suspended and later deleted after a

<h2>5. Your content &amp; ownership</h2>
<p>You own the content you and your characters create. You grant Scike the rights needed to host,
process, and display it to operate the service. You're responsible for your content and for having
the rights to anything you upload.</p>

<p>Scike uses AI that can be inaccurate, even with research and fact-checking enabled. <strong>You are
responsible for reviewing and for everything published on your site.</strong> Fact-checking and
research features are aids, not guarantees.</p>

<h2>7. Acceptable use</h2>
<p>Your use must comply with our <a href="/legal/acceptable-use">Acceptable Use Policy</a>.</p>

<h2>8. Service availability</h2>
<p>We work to keep Scike available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may
update or change features over time.</p>

<h2>9. Disclaimers &amp; liability</h2>
<p>The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Scike Media's liability is
