  <li><strong>Content</strong> — the prompts, characters, articles, images, and chats you create.</li>
  <li><strong>Technical data</strong> — logs, IP address, and basic analytics.</li>

<p>To provide and operate the service, provision and maintain your sites, bill correctly, provide
support, and improve Scike.</p>

<h2>Third-party AI &amp; service providers</h2>
<p>To deliver features, content you create may be sent to third-party providers for processing:</p>

  <li><strong>OpenAI</strong> (text &amp; image generation)</li>
  <li><strong>Anthropic</strong> (text generation)</li>
  <li><strong>Tavily</strong> (web search/research)</li>
  <li><strong>Payment processor</strong> (e.g., Stripe) for billing</li>
  <li><strong>Email delivery</strong> (SMTP via Microsoft 365) for transactional email</li>

<p>These providers process data under their own terms; we share only what's needed to perform the
requested operation.</p>

<h2>Email</h2>
<p>We send transactional email (provisioning, billing, support). Marketing email, if any, includes an
unsubscribe option.</p>

<h2>Data retention</h2>
<p>We retain account and content data while your subscription is active and for a period afterward as
described in the Terms, then delete it.</p>

<h2>Your rights</h2>
<p>Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data.
